Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Learning Rights' Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Learning Rights Law Center serves the vibrant and diverse communities living throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties. Our clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures, speak many languages, and share different experiences with the education and legal systems. It is vital that our organization is equipped to serve everyone who calls Los Angeles home, and to do so LRLC is dedicated to applying principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion to its hiring, programs, and beyond. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace that upholds the highest standards of dignity and accountability.
LRLC is committed to equal opportunity employment. LRLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, height, weight, physical ability (including HIV status), veteran status, military obligations, or marital status. This policy applies to hiring, internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, and terminations and applies to all LRLC employees, volunteers, clients, and contractors.
