School Access

The School Access Program is designed to ensure that low-income children who face discrimination due to language barriers, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, homelessness or other special physical or mental health needs receive an equal access to public education. In 2018, Learning Rights provided legal consultations to over 350  families of students who did not have adequate access to school-based services.
